Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for community leaders, local businesses, and residents, proactively addressing concerns and gathering feedback regarding event logistics and impact.

Public Relations & Communication: Develop and distribute informative materials to the neighborhood, providing updates on event schedules, expected crowd sizes, and noise mitigation measures.

Event Advocacy: Represent the organization at community meetings, town halls, and local gatherings to build rapport and demonstrate our commitment to community benefits.

Operational Liaison: Coordinate with the event operations team to ensure that site activities remain in compliance with neighborhood agreements and local municipal regulations.

Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify potential friction points within the community and implement diplomatic solutions to maintain a positive public image throughout the event lifecycle.

Event Promotion: Assist in grassroots marketing efforts and local outreach campaigns to drive awareness and encourage community participation in our events.

Impact Reporting: Document outreach efforts, log community feedback, and prepare reports for management to evaluate the effectiveness of community relations strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in community outreach, public relations, or a client-facing role, preferably within the events or hospitality industry.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in digital communication tools, social media management, and basic CRM software for tracking contacts.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
