Key Responsibilities
Exceptional Customer Service: Provide quick, friendly, and efficient service to all customers, including handling transactions, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly at any time of day or night.

Point-of-Sale Operations: Accurately process sales, lottery tickets, and top-ups using the POS system while maintaining strict cash handling procedures.

Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare and maintain hot and cold food items (e.g., coffee, snacks, fast food) according to safety standards, ensuring fresh options are always available.

Inventory & Stock Management: Proactively stock shelves, refrigerators, and freezers. Perform regular inventory counts, receive deliveries, and ensure items are properly rotated (FIFO).

Store Maintenance & Sanitation: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning equipment, and tidying restrooms to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Security & Safety: Monitor store premises for security, adhere to age-restricted sale regulations (e.g., tobacco, alcohol), and follow all emergency protocols to ensure a safe workspace.

Administrative Tasks: Complete shift handover reports, log temperature checks for refrigerated units, and assist with general administrative duties as needed by the store manager.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in retail, convenience stores, or food service is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in operating computerized POS systems and electronic payment terminals.

Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.

Ability to perform quick, accurate manual calculations for cash handling.
