1.1. Talent Acquisition Screening & identifying potential candidates’ resumes to fill company job vacancies. Managing job advertisements on job boards and social networks. Sourcing talents using different sourcing tools. Assist in job fair, career day or related recruitment events. Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates Assist in employer branding activities/ initiatives. 1.2. Learning & development Coordinating in the delivery of training and development programs Coordinating new hire orientations (materials, logistics, training attendance record…). Coordinating in gathering employees’ feedback about training effectivenes 1.3. Other Roles Assist in employee engagement activities. Conducting market research where necessary. Assist in preparing HR reports (weekly/ monthly) as required. Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters. Assist in performing HR projects as required.
