About Intern Program: Therefore, at TPP, our internship program is designed to fulfill these needs by combining the soft & hard skills as well as inspiring the students with the growth mindset which is a MUST to be able maximizing their values in the IT environment. To accelerate the program efficiently, TPP will combine both learning methods: Job instructional training (JIT) On Job Training (OJT) The program’s materials are designed fully by English, the students are expected to have English presentations at some points 2, Training Outlines The training program duration will be 12 weeks which is equivalent to 3 months time frame and is designed with 04 sections. : Section I - Soft Skills & Development Fundamentals (02 weeks): soft skills training, practical software development training, and career path orientation. Section II – Technical Skills (04 weeks): Provide Overviews for the following development areas. Big Data DevOps Web Development Mobile Development Related Topics for trainees to perform the following tasks in groups. Researching Piloting with demos Presentations Section III – On the job training (06 weeks): the students will join a real project under instructions from TPP’s expert Quyền lợi được hưởng Provided working materials Monthly allowance for lunch: 1.000.000VND/month and parking fee: 150.000 VND/month After graduated Intern program with excellent result, the students will have: The maximum scholarship is 6M/student Participating in the program, the students will have the following package: The student MUST sign the labor contract in order to be eligible. This amount of scholarship will be cashed out after the first month as the TPP employee Yêu cầu kỹ năng Last year IT students. Have knowledge of OOP, Programming, Data Structure, Algorithms, and Software Development Life Cycle. Experienced with a specific programming language (Java, Python, etc.) Good English communication.
