JOB DESCRIPTION - Update parents with student progress and suggest extra materials, practices if needed. - Mark student’s extra practices, exercises or support parents, students based on their request. - Report students’ progress and issues to the Academic Officer in charge on a daily basis. - Based on reading, writing, speaking test results, assess students and design personalized learning paths for students to reach learning outcomes and parents’ expectations. - Communicate with parents to update and answer inquiries about students’ progress. - Solve student support cases assigned by the Academic Officer in charge. - Assist to monitor student’s progress and recommend personalized teaching strategies for such students to teachers and teaching assistants. WORKING TIME & LOCATION - Working Time: Minimum 8 shifts/week. Flexible working shift to choose from: + Shift A: 8h00 - 12h + Shift B: 1h30 - 5h30 + Shift C: 5h30 - 9h30 - Location: 1 month on-site for training and then working online. OR: Academic background and qualification: University degree in English Pedagogy or University degree with teaching experience are preferred. - Good communication skills in Vietnamese. - Customer-oriented, student-focus mindset - Strong office productivity level &  time management ability - Eager to learn, ambitious and energetic, team player - Responsible, hard-working and ready to work to meet deadlines - Attention to details is a must
