Job Description Make and follow the tickets response results and ensure the timeline. Check email, chatbot and reply to seller with professional scripts. Receive the seller’s inbound call and support the Invoice team with outbound calls for checking some wrong information of sellers. Do tasks related to seller’s contracts in Seller operations team. Co-operate with other teams to support sellers to solve daily problems of their operations in Thuocsi’s platform. Do the assignment tasks from line manager.
