For Suppliers or Agent’s profiles Received the information (new contracts, promotion… from hotels, restaurant, cars and others suppliers all over destination), analyze data and input into the database Update and maintain Hotels/ Tours description Ensure that the data is maintained in accurate and up-to date status, and ensure the input is followed properly to system’s principles and standards Control all new services are entered into system in a timely and correct manner Establish and maintain a structure within the database to effectively identify specific segments of data for various analysis Coordinate with Contracting team to ensure all contract information has been input and updated on database as well as be a good-filling system Assist the Tourplan superior to set up Tourplan system to meet the business and/or operations requirements of EXO Quyền lợi được hưởng Work in a friendly working environment and good team building activities. Yêu cầu kỹ năng Qualifications Good knowledge of travel industry and destination’s tourism Bachelor’s degree in any field Be precise, detailed and systematic Skills Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Good computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail) including high proficiency in spreadsheets. Ability to work independently as well as in a team to meet deadlines and targets.
