- Drive effective communications with customer to strengthen and build up relationships with buyer. - Managing smoothly delivery every day to avoid customer’s claim and increase aging stock. - Co-work with purchasing team to gather information and send to customer via email. - Follow through with buyer to get to know their demand and requirement to ensure customer’s satisfaction. - Handle replaced and solve NG (Not Good) issues. - Checking monthly closing amount. - Control inbound, outbound cargos and arrange for delivery following customer’s demand. - Fulfill other tasks assigned by Part-leader and Manager. Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Basic English skills - Self-motivated, Innovative thinking, Time, task & deadline management skills - Teamwork spirit, be able and willing to work under high pressure, hardworking and long term commitment. - Last-year student of university, major in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Languages (from top-ranked University is preferred) or relevant fields - Able to do multi-tasks and prioritize tasks consistent with business objectives, fast learning and adapting to new working environment - Good at MS office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced computer skills - Term: 07 months - Working time: 8:00 am to 17:30 from Monday to Friday.
