Goal of position Assist in the execution of a large volume of paperwork while the recruitment team focuses on improving the recruitment process Strengthen the support of the recruitment team during the implementation of many projects from AP and the period of high headcount demand from Segment department in the last 6 months of the year. Main tasks Support to organize and store employee profile on HR folder Support to input and update newhire’s personal information Support to build up the master file of candidate database Support in candidate screening, coordinating face-to-face interviews Support to guide and monitor onboarding activities for new employees on the starting date Support in the preparation of logistics operations for the Apprenticeship program Yêu cầu kỹ năng Formal prerequisites for the position Support in candidate screening, coordinating face-to-face interviews Support to organize and store employee profile on HR folder Support to input and update newhire’s personal information Support to build up the master file of candidate database Support to guide and monitor onboarding activities for new employees on the starting date Support in the preparation of logistics operations for the Apprenticeship program 4-month Full-time of Internship (Working hours: 8:00 - 16:30, Mondays to Fridays ) Candidates living in Bien Hoa are preferred
