I. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support North Sales Development Department to manage administrative jobs. II. JOB DESCRIPTION Make and summarize reports relating to sales when required; Support Sales team in submitting documents, contracts to get signature from managers; Manage and preserve all documents, agency contracts, records of North Sales department; Work with other departments to support sales in managing agents (if any); Perform other duties as required by the direct manager; Quyền lợi được hưởng Receive car parking allowance and 2,000,000 VND /month; Participate in training courses, professional skills; Participate in periodic team building of the department; Work in an airline with a dynamic, young, friendly international environment, many opportunities for development; Have the opportunity to sign an official contract and give priority to applying for internal positions. Yêu cầu kỹ năng Minimum Requirements Proficient in MS Tools; University graduating; Be able to withstand work pressure (willing to work on day off, outside office hours....); Good English; Have good communication skills; Hard-working, dynamic and adaptable to change.
