In this position, you will have an overview about the tourism industry focusing on B2C markets (including Inbound, Outbound & Domestic), what travelers expect from us and how can we provide them an unforgettable experience in Vietnam and all around the world. RESPONSIBILITIES • Support the team to check the services’ availability and all relevant details for new requests/bookings • Make reservation and follow up payment with the service suppliers following the company’s standard • Support the team to prepare proposal/quotation/invoice/receipt • Report to the team leader • More tasks will be discussed and appointed at work Quyền lợi được hưởng • Work in a friendly working environment and good team building activities. • To be supported by an allowance during the internship period. • Great opportunity to be a member of EXO Team. Yêu cầu kỹ năng • 3,4th year student study in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or other related field • Good command of written and spoken English or French. Other language is a plus. • Has a professional mind-set and a passion for travel and his/her work. • Good computer literacy (MS Office; Travel related software). • Good attitude, well organized, hardworking, with the ability to work as part of a team
