Maintaining client relations from Japan and Vietnam. Be proactive in collecting customer's feedbacks to improve Genkin’s CRM platform as well as optimizing the service. Ensure that all data is inputted in ERP and are up to date for customers and GM (General Manager) to track. Identifying customer needs, handling their complaints relating to the loss or damage during the transportation.
