- Maintain of office and meeting room in properly for provide comfortable working environment. - Coordinate and manage the appointments, open meetings in system, and in & outbound traveling arrangement - Keep office stocked with snack, beverage, tea beg, coffee bean, milk, stationery etc. - Assist in various activities and engagement initiatives to create a fun and engaging work environment - In charge of office & storage room maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, submit Purchase Request of general purchasing. - Assist with the on-boarding welcome process of all new employees and other HR-related assignments - In charge of greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and receiving messages. - Actively follow-up with to complete assigned tasks. - Monthly report generates and prepare. - Assist international visitors with coordinating hotel and transportation arrangement. - Other administrative tasks and support office may be required. Quyền lợi được hưởng - 13th month salary, gifts on holidays and New Year. - Salary: 12,000,000 VND/month above. - Work from Monday-Friday, 5 days/week. - Labor contract, social insurance, health insurance. - Supported with regular training to improve specialized knowledge. Yêu cầu kỹ năng 1. Education - Bachelor above. 2. Personal skills - A working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Work well both in a team and as an individual - Strong organizational, problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities - Being fluently in speaking English 3. Preferred Experience: - Familiarity with the maritime industry/logistics is a plus
