Order Management: - Follow up and update production status and delivery schedule to PIC. - Delivery jobs: preparing goods and documents for delivery to customers. Customer service: - Receive inquiries from customers and cooperate with Service Department to take action. Document Creation & Control: - Prepare report, manual and other documents assigned by Service Department. - Keep & archive all documents of each projects in order. Stock Inventory: - Actual checking support for inventory. - Import & export inventory data. Others: - Cooperate with Service and affiliated departments properly & timely with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Support translation if needed. - Do other tasks upon request. Quyền lợi được hưởng - Expense allowance: 3.000.000 VND/ month. - Gain a thorough insight into the working of service assistant functions. - Obtain practical knowledge and enhance customer service skills. - The internship start time is flexible according to the candidate's internship plan. - Participate in company's team bonding events/activities. Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Be able to work full-time, minimum 3 months internship required. - Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point. - Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Third-year student or final-year student in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce or relevant fields. - Good command of English in speaking & writing. - Willing to learn and multi-tasking abilities.
