- Organise and execute customer care activities - Translate and interprete between Japanese – English – Vietnamese; have attention to detail, your task will be to QC all translated materials - Follow up opportunities and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business development activities - Develop, implement and optimise digital marketing campaigns - Manage the tasks of comtors (external stakeholders) - Gather, analyse, and organise information to create Business Development reports - Be the main contact between our Vietnam team and other departments/clients in Japan - Organise, host and note MM for internal and external meetings - Build and maintain strong relationships both with the internal and external stakeholders - Ensure all internal and external deadlines are met - Be a proactive problem solver - Report to the Line Manager. Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Japanese level: JLPT N2 (≥ 140 scores) and above (excellent command of Japanese, both written and spoken)  - Female  - English proficiency level is equal to level B2 and above on the CEFR scale. Candidates must have at least 01 valid certificate as below: o TOEIC Listening&Reading ≥ 785 or;  o TOEIC Speaking&Writing ≥ 310 or; o IELTS 6.0 and above or;  o TOEFL IBT 72 and above or;  - Confident, efficient, self-motivated, result and client orientated, multi-tasker and team-player - Experience year is optional (Freshers are applicable; candidates will join On-job training in the beginning).  - Outstanding organisational, planning and management skills  - Having experience in Japan culture is a plus.  - Excellent command of Microsoft Office programs  - Candidates must submit CV in both English and Japanese.
