● SELECTION: These candidates matching the above requirements will be joining interviews with the Senior Partnership Manager at Savvycom. From there, 06 final candidates will be selected to join an exclusive training program in 2 months. During 2-month training & practice, the candidate will be embedded in many in-depth training sessions about skills listed below with several personal & team presentations. ● PICKING UP: After 2-month Training, the judges will pick up 3-4 of them to sign the official labor contract with Savvycom. ● FIRST 06 MONTHS: In the first 06 months at Savvycom, successful trainees will start working as Inside Business Development Executives to support the Senior BD/ Partnership Manager in working with customers. There will be a 1-1 coaching session that sets 01 senior coach for 01 trainees during this duration. ● NEXT 01 YEAR: After the first 06 months, successful inside business development will be promoted to the Junior Business Development Manager (JBDM) position when JBDE can self-manage and pitch the partnership with customers.
