Support in organizing Department Events like Department meeting, Group Meeting, Workshops, Long year service celebration, Top performer. Prepare for resignation associates; do exit checklist; check returned devices Keep track and distribute department assets and accessories (PCs, mouse, keyboard, RAM, monitor), raise request computer ticket Support in preparing expense claim form, Payment requisition and submit to Account team; Prepare for new joiners (raise computer ticket, create User ID ticket, welcoming new staff…); keep track Onboarding checklist Manage and keep track of stationery and office equipment as per regulation; Support in delivering gifts, allowances from company to employee Support associates in daily arising topics; Collect goods from Logistic team and transfer to working area Support in welcoming guests, invitation letters, supporting accommodation, visa and travel, gift; Support in receiving/sending courier; Other required tasks Quyền lợi được hưởng Meal & Parking allowances Monthly Internship allowance + Meal & Parking allowance Working from Monday to Friday, flexible working hours 1 day of paid leave per month Opportunity to work in global working hi-tech environment, using English everyday which surely help you to strengthen both personal and professional skills Yêu cầu kỹ năng College or 3rd – 4th student in Business Admin, English Linguistics and Literature, who can work in 6 months.
