To support Labor Relation tasks: To ensure staff input information fully and exactly; To ensure HR forms are available for staff; Support to manage Labor contract & staff profile; Prepare Internship agreement for new intern; Provide HR data for requested report. To support HRIS task: Update employee information for newbie; To conduct induction on HR system for newbie; Set up and check working shift for Non-production staff on HR system; Support attendance record for trainee and production staff; Support and handling clock-in/out issues on HR system. To support Part-timer tasks: To support management of Part-timer filling; To support induction for Part-timer. Other tasks: Other tasks as assigned by Human Resource Manager.
