1. Assist Japanese patient during their visit at FV - Assist Japanese patient during their visit at FVH - Guild them to use the patient card and advice them to book appointment before coming - Escort patient to go to the right department for consultation - Welcome and guild new Japanese patient - Escort patient for doing the test that prescript by doctor - Support FVH information for Japanese patients - Help them to fill registration form - Escort patient for buying the medicine if any 2. Translation/ interpretation - Translate all information about the diagnosis/ treatment given by doctor - Translate what patients said about her/ his disease - Interpreter all information (Admission procedure, insurance, pre- op, discharge, re-consultation, medication…) provided by FVH staffs to Japanese patients - Translate between doctor and patients and vice versa: - Translate all notice or information when required 3. Phone duty - Responsible for handling a duty phone - Responsible for interpreting between FVH staffs and Japanese patients when needed (especially during the night and the weekend) 4. Qualification : Collegues Degree 2. Experience : At least 3 year experienced as similar position 3. Skills and knowledge : - Worked successfully with a diverse group of people - Strong network with internal and external organizations - Have the sense of Customer Service - Ability to work under pressure and in an environment of a multi-national culture - Mastery of organizational skills - Mastery of effective communication skills to impact and influence people 4.
