Assist HR & Admin Manager to accomplish daily jobs, including but not limited to: - Handle Expat issues : visa, work permit, residence card,… - In charge of healthcare procedures: madatory insurances, heath insurance, annual health check - Prepare external & Internal reports - Work closely with Security Agency, Fire Protection team, Maintenance team… to ensure security & safety of the factory - Manage Cleaners to ensure cleaness of the factory - Coordinate with other departments for training needs, supporting, following up and recording the process - In charge of recruitment : coordinate with functional manager about employement needs and requirements, search candidate profiles, shortlist, interview - Manager Driver and arrange transportation schedule upon request - Work with VSIP landlord and other suppliers for daily food, car leasing, hotel reservation, air ticket… - Control stationery order and delivery Other ad-hocs tasks as assigned Quyền lợi được hưởng Chế độ bảo hiểm Du Lịch Phụ cấp Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Tăng lương Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng Requirements: - University or College Fresh-graduated candidates are welcome; major in HR / Business Administration/ English or related fields. - English communication ability are prefered; Able to speak French is a big plus; - Candidates living in Binh Duong Province are prefered; - Able to work in VSIP 1, Thuan An, Binh Duong; - Able to complete internship period from 1 year or above; - Able to start immediately is a big plus.
