- Dealing with contractors for related fields - Controlling all aspects of General Affairs including of securities, canteen, shuttle bus, accomodation, dormitory, stationery, uniform, hygiene, furniture, etc. (scope will be discussing during interview/ upper assignments based on experiences & management ability) - Ensuring Hyosung internal security by cooperating with relevant departments to solve incidents in case of arising pursuant to company's regulations and current laws - Other tasks as assigned by superiors - Improving GA' activities based on company's policy & objectives - Reporting to Department Chief and Korean Supervisors ** Further information shall be discussed during the interview ** - Business hours: 8 A.M to 5 P.M from Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off). Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Male/ Female, 28 ~ 35 year olds - Background of working in international companies is an advantage - University Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Technical, Environment or relevant majors - At least 5 ~12 years of experience in General Affair Management/ Administration Management - Good coomunication skills in English (or Korean).
