Recruitment (70%): • Make sure the recruitment process work smoothly. • Design job descriptions suitably with each vacancy. • Work directly with recruitment companies to fill vacancies. • Research and select effective recruitment channels for recruiting. • Screen CVs, contact potential candidates to book interviews. • Take care of new employees, make sure the onboarding process work smoothly • Develop own network of suitable candidates. • Network with various institutions and social media. 2.
