Hanoia is a Company specialized in craftsmanship with lacquer technique as core know-how. We are aiming to develop new product line: fashion and accessories wearables and serve millennial client portfolio. At the beginning, the Art Director will focus on Fashion line: jewelry (gold/silver and lacquer), accessories and RTW before being in charge of full Hanoia product portfolio, including Home line (Home décor & Furniture) 1. Be responsible for Hanoia product design Suggest design language for Hanoia product. Make sure the design language aligns with brand strategy and reflects brand ADN. Directly design fashion products, including: jewelry (lacquer and metal), accessories & ready-to-wear. Supervise Home product design through Head of design of Home line. In collaboration with Collection Manager, suggest yearly collection theme and mood-board Manage and guide design team, including free-lance designers, ensure their design proposal fit brand image 2. Follow design development Directly develop samples or follow suppliers for such purpose for Fashion products. Work closely with Research & Development team, make design adjustment to satisfy technical constrains until final design validation Follow the development of Home line products, make sure design modification required by Development team still fits collection theme. 3. Consult on brand visual and image Consult on visual concept and image of marketing & communication products Participate in selecting model, photographer… if need be. Directly follow shooting session 4.
