The direct applications via that link will be prioritized. * Job Description * Strong coordination role for the Department activities, including: - Department activities: + Act as an event co-organizer: Workshop, informal & formal events (preparation, design, survey). + Ensure stationary supply & goods for dept,... + Contribute to QMM6 Coaching & Sharing program, Decoration project (planning, execution). + Be a fund controller of department budget,... + Other administration tasks. - Plant activities: + Support CSR activities (arrangement, preparation for HcP volunteer programs, blog writing): Donation campaign, Flea market, Blood donation,… + In charge for Suggestion Scheme work package (reports, communication, Council, focus week). * Additional Information - Monthly allowance. - Bus transportation. - Professional working environment. - Free lunch. - Opportunities to become Bosch associate. Yêu cầu kỹ năng * Qualifications - Good design skill is a plus. - Good English communication skills. - Experience in using Adobe Premiere is a plus. - Be able to adapt international working environment & cultural diversity. - Proficiency in MS Office (VBA). - 3rd or last year year student major in Project, Marketing, Communication, Management or any relevant fields. - Reliable, proactive, high commitment, creative thinking, willing to learn and do new things.
