Main Duties: Make salary proposal and follow up the result Select potential candidate profile, conduct initial screening, interview scheduling Create attractive job posting and continuously maintain interaction on relevant recruitment website, social media channels Organize a multitude of data coming from different various sources. Maintain contact with potential candidates as well as candidate sources. Partner with functional supervisor and HRBPs to identify and determine the knowledge, ability, skills, and other qualifications required. Record and update data in our recruitment database. Assist with new hire onboarding & orientation training (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas) Ensure recruitment processes are followed and compliant to organizational policies Provide timely and accurately recruitment reports and constantly seeking potential areas of improvement. Participate in the offer process including negotiating offers with candidates. Actively participate in global TA / HR projects Support other tasks relating to training assigned by Superior Yêu cầu kỹ năng Requirement: Experienced: at least 2 years of experiences in mass recruitment, preferably in a full life cycle, international recruitment structure. Experience searching for candidates with executive, professional and technical expertise is preferred. University or College graduate, occupation in BA/English/Human Resources Excellent verbal and written communication skills – the ability to communicate effectively with job applicants Detail oriented with strong organizational skills - the ability to organize and interpret data and maintain records from different sources and tools. Fluent written & spoken English Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of HR and employment laws Analytical thinking & skill is preferable.
