Complete daily reports and update task status for owners and supervisor Involving in weekly meeting to report and come up with new development plan and idea for better service to guests. Handling guest experience tasks: communicate with the guest and enhance their experience following the instructed working process, deal with guest requests and complaints, control the reviews on OTAs. In charge of managing the cash flow in & out of the hotel and cafe, order supply and inventory. GEA's tasks would relate to both hotel (ta.maison) and co-working cafe (wor.kafé) Learning and practicing how to make/ create signature drinks and serve the customers in an appropriate and professional way. Help to take care of building/ property maintenance Support supervisor to proceed some marketing tasks when necessary: design simple images, take photos, help to write content, make posting plan to keep the social networking sites active Quyền lợi được hưởng Learn about how to manage hotel and co-working space.
