Plan, execute and supervise the setting up of the Dormitory to ensure the smooth running of the Dormitory. Lead a team of supporter and responsible for day to day operations of the Dormitory Liaison with government authorities, management, engineers on all approval matters relating to management, security and maintenance of building Implementing shelter policies, dorm rules and SOP including ensuring the shelter operations conform to laws and regulations, and the purchase of necessary items. Responsible to oversee any ad-hoc and term contractors and works in office areas. Responsible for overseeing food delivery Oversee the general well-being of the residents in the Dormitory, such as list of residents, cleaning operations, fire and security matters Oversee routine audit maintenance inspection and follow up with contractors or technicians for all building related matters Oversee the running of activities and events in the Dormitory. Experience in related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred. Ability to plan for and keep track of deadlines. Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office. Willingness to continue building skills through education opportunities.
