• Receive phone call from customer, answer all product information and solve all complaints or inquiries of customer. • Provide accurate, valid, and the complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes. • Ensure a high level of customer service and a positive customer experience. • Report immediately serious cases/ inconstant situation to line manager. • Manage customer information and constantly update it on the database system. • Coordinate with stores/other departments for resolving any issues occurred. • Fulfill weekly/monthly report on customer care service. • Proactive update information/ knowledge about customer service.
