RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES - Receiving order request from relative department, plan and seek out the vendors. - Negotiates favorable contractual terms and conditions with suppliers. - Builds strong relationships with partners, fostering collaboration and teamwork. - Tracing shipments and following up orders to get cargo in time - Activety seek out new sources/alternative sources especialy where the procurement cost is high - Participating in company meeting with legal department to ensure all term in contract is good for company and comply with legal. - Develop and maintain a database of current and prospective suppliers along with relevant detaits like mailing addresses, contact person, telephone/fax numbers, bank ETC - Checking purchasing invoice and arranging payment request for vendors. - Preparing and placing orders, double-check and ensure all product/item on PO and on order requests are same and enough. - Liaising with vendor to control the order and manage if any issue occur. - Ensure that all company activities conducted, comply with legal requirements and the highest company ethical standards. - Working closely with project team to understand correctly and clearly purchasing demands. - Perform any other duties and responsibitities assigned by the Sr Manager, Supply Chain or any other person acting on his behatf Quyền lợi được hưởng -Free lunch meal at factory -Social insurance under law -Company support shuttle bus from Bien Hoa/HCM City Yêu cầu kỹ năng KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS Education: College Degree Job Experience: ▪ Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience as sourcing/purchasing .
