- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client - Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment - Managing the process through interview to offer stage - Following up with clients and candidates until the deal is close - Providing advice to both clients and candidates on salary, training and career progression - Screening and short-listing applicants, interviewing candidates - Identifying and developing client/business relationships (optional) - Other related tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
