This role is responsible for handling labor discipline & review related processes & regulations. Main Responsibilities: Review and update current processes and regulations related to C&B under the guides of the line manager Update Organization chart of the company (If any) Handling labor discipline cases from end to end: receiving records, evaluating, making reports and submitting to Superiors for handling plans and organizing disciplinary actions, participate in handling labor discipline from end to end Other duties as assigned by management Quyền lợi được hưởng Chế độ bảo hiểm Du Lịch Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Yêu cầu kỹ năng Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (Law, Human Resources…) Strong attention to detail and good in writing skills both in English and Vietnamese Demonstrated ability to work independently to provide solutions and consultation for stakeholders. 2-3+ years of experience in the role of Handling Labor discipline Proficient in all MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) WHAT WE OFFER: Mirae Asset Finance Viet Nam aims to build a "Professional - Friendly - Effective" working environment.
