Your roles: We are looking for a Sales Intern to support our sales team to manage our purchase orders and invoices. In this role, you will verify customer information, issue invoices, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports. You may also be required to process timesheets. What you'll be doing: A. B2B sales (70%): Acquire new leads (mostly F&B firms) through cold calls & emails. Communicate about products & negotiate pricing. Keep track of commercial contract & PO. Follow up & close deals with potential customers. Prepare Purchase Order (PO) & work with the Supply Chain team to finish the delivery. Follow up payment & delivery status. B. MT sales (20%): Keep track of commercial contract & PO. Prepare Purchase Order (PO) & work with the Supply Chain team to finish the delivery. Follow up payment & delivery status. C. Other (10%): Tasks assigned by the line manager.
